This class is designed for students who are planning to go to France soon and want to make sure they have all the tools to navigate the situations met while traveling. During the 4 sessions, we will see:
Week 1 : Introduce yourself and giving key personal information
Week 2 : Booking a hotel, a car, a rental
Week 3 : Going around the city and eating out
Week 4 : Going to the doctor After the class, you will be given a complementary booklet that summarizes everything that was seen and can serve as a guide during your travels. You will also have access to Quizlet lists to review the vocabulary.

Let's practice your spoken skills ! Now that you have completed the A1 level, you can focus on your conversation. In this Elementary Conversation class, we will talk about Francophonie, French culture, news, hobbies, and art based on articles and videos. This class will provide you with various opportunities for expression from general classroom setting through small-group discussions and oral reports. You will learn how to give your opinion and to speak naturally and freely, thus become more confident and comfortable in any conversation in French !

This class is designed to help students with an elementary level reach more proficiency in speaking and debating as well as pronouncing words more adequately.
This 8-week class will cover:
Week 1: Diagnostic + conversation
Week 2: The nasal vowels + conversation
Week 3: The other vowels + conversation
Week 4: The French “r” and other problematic consonants + conversation
Week 5: The “liaison” (forbidden and compulsory) + conversation
Week 6: The two types of “enchaînement” + conversation
Week 7: The French stress pattern + conversation
Week 8: How to speak fluidly + conversation
Each conversation theme will be in alignment with the curriculum for this level and could include themes such as: the routine, work, the environment, travels, past experiences, hobbies, literature…
