Originally from southwest France, Paul grew up in a small village near Toulouse and was deeply influenced by the agricultural values passed down by his grandparents. Their love of nature and respect for the land awakened in him a passion for production, naturally guiding him toward the world of wine.
After studying at Cal Poly in the United States, he further refined his expertise in viticulture and oenology at the University of Vine and Wine Sciences in Bordeaux, where he earned the National Diploma of Oenology. A great admirer of wines from southern France, he draws inspiration from their aromas and authentic character, crafting wines that blend modern innovation with deep respect for terroir.
Today, he dedicates his know-how and passion to creating elegant wines of rich, natural expression, meant to be enjoyed and shared.

Originally from Savigny-lès-Beaune in Burgundy, Alice-Marie grew up in a family of winemakers, immersed in the region’s viticultural traditions and its unique culture of sharing through wine. From an early age, she discovered the emotion and connection that a great bottle can create, giving rise to a deep and lasting passion for the world of wine.
Guided by this passion, she pursued her studies in Burgundy and Bordeaux two of the most prestigious cradles of viticultural excellence while training with renowned estates. Eager to broaden her perspective and refine her expertise, she then chose to continue her journey in the United States.
