Events Policies

The AFSF is a non-profit, non political, non-discriminatory organization operated locally.

Tickets and fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

Acceptable forms of payment are credit or debit card in your name.  Some events might accept at the door registration and if we have enough personnel we might accept cash payments.  

Event registrations are accepted in the order received until the event is declared full (maximum varies by event).

For any reason of cancellation from the customer, we only offer credit to the customer's AFSF account, applicable towards any of our future events, classes, goods and services.

For events, starting 2025, our minimum requirement is 72-hours cancellation notice. We do not offer credit for a less than 72-hour cancellation. 

In the case of an event cancelled by the AFSF, and only in this case, a refund to the original payment method will be offered.

Event attendance cancellations must be made in writing to afsf@afsf.com and cc louise@afsf.com and should include a request for a credit with justification. 

Credits are never issued for membership dues.

Only service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted in the building. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are therefore not allowed.

Bicycles and/or scooters are not allowed in the building. 

We do not have a parking lot. There is street parking, and a paid parking garage on our block.
