Recipe : Les "Rochers Coco"
Les "Rochers Coco", are small, melt-in-the-mouth pastries deliciously flavored with shredded coconut. These gourmet bites can be prepared in just a few minutes and are perfect to accompany your tea or coffee break.

(for 10 rochers)
- 125 g of grated coconut (4.409 oz)
- 100 g of sugar (3.527 oz)
- 2 egg whites

HOW TO BAKE ROCHERS COCO:
1- Preheat the oven to 350°F (Th.6). Whip the egg whites until stiff and add a pinch of salt. Gently add the sugar and the mixed coconut.
2- Form small pyramids and place them on a sheet of parchment paper, taking care to space them out.
3- Bake for 15 to 30 minutes, watching regularly. Do not wait for the rochers to cool before removing them.
