Biscuits de Noël

How to make it:

  1. Place flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the soft butter and mix with your fingertips. Then add the egg and mix until the dough is smooth. Wrap in cling film and let rest for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Once the dough has rested, roll it out to a thickness of half a centimeter and make Christmas motifs using cookie cutters and place them on a sheet of baking paper. Repeat until no more dough is left.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F until cookies are lightly coloured. Let cool until completely cool.
  4. Make the icing by mixing the egg white and powdered sugar. Separate the icing into as many colors as you want. Pour in food coloring to obtain the desired color
