Come join us for Fête de la Musique – a worldwide celebration of summer and music!
After 2 years of hiatus, the AFSF's Fête de la musique is BACK and is stronger than ever!
On June 21, come join us as we come together for an evening of live music, dance and fun! (Doors open at 5:30pm)
The event is free, so please don't hesitate and come celebrate with us!
Lineup already confirmed (more to come):
Rue '66: https://www.rue-66.com/
Rue '66 plays unique, obscure, and truly authentic French yéyé music. Drawing inspiration from Serge Gainsbourg, France Gall, Jacques Dutronc, Françoise Hardy, Gillian Hills, Michel Polnareff and groups like The Zombies, Pussycat, The Searchers, etc., Rue '66 is a nine-piece band sure to delight.
Dernière Minute
The band Dernière Minute came together at the last minute in 2020 when Virginie Marine (singer), Sergio Ramirez (drums), Charles Holive (keyboard) and Stéphane Blanchard (singer, guitar) decided to answer a call to perform a one-off concert in South San Francisco. Since then Christian Iribarren joined the team and replaced Charles at the keyboard, and James Ayres joined with his bass guitar… for an everlasting “last minute”!
