Recipe : Mini chocolate-hazelnut puffs

Mini chocolate-hazelnut puffs! Here is an idea for a gourmet snack very easy to prepare! There is plenty for everyone: with jam, with another filling, or even in a salty version with pesto or cheese!

How to do mini chocolate-hazelnut puffs ?


1- Roll out the puff pastry.

2-Cover it with brown sugar, cocoa, hazelnut powder.

3-Cut the dough in two, roll each part to obtain two rolls.

4-Cut the rolls into 1 cm (0.395 inch) thick slices.

5-Lay them out on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, leave for 30 minutes in a fridge.

6-Insert in a preheated oven at 392° F for about 10 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.


(Tips: You can replace the cocoa with melted dark chocolate, almond flakes or peers!)
