Delf Guarantee

At the Alliance Française of San Francisco, we are committed to excellence and uphold the highest standards of quality and expertise in language instruction.

As part of this commitment, we offer a DELF Guarantee Policy: if you complete all your courses with us and do not pass your exam, we will refund your exam fee and registration fee, or re-enroll you to a new exam session for free.
This ensures that your investment in learning is both secure and supported by our proven methodology.

 Conditions : 

• Must have taken all classes at the Alliance Française of San Francisco, with a maximum of 1 class at another Alliance Francaise with a certificate of completion [i.e., if someone has taken A1-1 at another AF and A1-2, A1-3, A1-4 with us]
  

• Must have attended at least 80% of classes for each session
  

• Must have completed at least 80 % Moodle activities of each level 
• Enrolling for a DELF A1, DELF A2, DELF B1 or DELF B2 at the Alliance Francaise San Francisco within 6 months after your last class.
