AGREEMENT TO RELEASE THE ALLIANCE FRANCAISE DE SAN FRANCISCO (“THE ALLIANCE”), ITS EMPLOYEES, BOARD MEMBERS, OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS AND AFFILIATES FROM LIABILITY RELATED TO COVID-19 AND/OR OTHER CONTAGIOUS DISEASES
To: Participants, students, potential students and members of the public at large entering the premises
What: This is an agreement to release claims against the Alliance for liability related to contagious disease such as COVID-19.
Why: As a non-profit, the Alliance is obligated to carefully balance its core mission, its obligations to the public and its duty to
maintain financial integrity for current and future membership. While the Alliance is committed to providing a safe environment for
everyone, the full impact of COVID-19 is unknown. Re-opening inevitably involves some risk for all of us, and we cannot guarantee that
opening our doors to the public, however cautiously done, will protect everyone from the threat of infection. To reduce financial losses
stemming from such risk, the Alliance has decided to require liability waivers as a condition of participating in our in-person activities
