Welcome in the Intermediate - Level 1 course!
Now that you have reached the level A1 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), let's go into the French language in depth. In this intermediate level, you will talk about the French language (definitions, idioms) and Francophonie. You will also develop vocabulary about social and professional networks, hobbies and careers, and skills and flaws. You will be able to advise as well as to ask for advice. You will also review present, imperative mode, imperfect, and passé composé. Pronoms relatifs and pronoms directs will be explained to you.
In this course, you will cover Unit 0 to Unit 2 of the textbook, pp.12 to 57

In this Intermediate Conversation class, we will talk about Francophonie, French culture, news, hobbies, and art based on articles and videos. This class will provide you with various opportunities for expression from general classroom setting through small-group discussions and oral reports. You will learn how to give your opinion and to speak naturally and freely, thus become more confident and comfortable in any conversation in French !
