Volunteer Student Experience Manager
The Student Experience Manager will help our team create the best experience for our students.

Responsibilities of the role:
- You will answering questions/ comments on social medias and yelp.
- You will be creating surveys, collecting and analyzing data to present student satisfaction, retention rates.
- You will be identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the student experience
- You will create a team SLA and identify and analyze KPI metrics in order to present to management
- You will develop reporting on support performance and to inform business partners on student pain-points and product ideas
- You will identify and implement tools to improve the performance of the team

Commitment : preferred 3 months
