Georges Ledoux

Originally from Brittany, the french west-coast, I later moved to the Paris region to continue my studies. I have recently settled in San Francisco and am thrilled to bring my skills to the Alliance Française community.

As a trained musician (saxophone, piano) and musicologist, I taught music theory for several years in conservatories around Paris. This brought me to connect my French lessons with the Chanson française (french songs) repertoire, aiming to familiarize my students with pronunciations, a great variety of expressions, and, most importantly, to share the joy of learning a language through music.
