Frédéric Carteron
Frédéric was born in France and has lived in France, Germany, England, and the United States. He was trained as a French and American lawyer and graduated from French Universities and UC Hastings. He served within the French Justice department in judicial capacities and taught international law at the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Frédéric Carteron also worked as a public policy manager for a ministerial committee within the French Department of Education (Mission Ministérielle sur la Politique de la Jeunesse et d’Accès à la Citoyenneté). Meanwhile, he acted as a legislative advisor for a French senator. Then, Frédéric lived and worked in London (UK) and San Francisco (USA) where he advised private companies as well as an international foundation on legal compliance and public policies.
