At its annual meeting on March 18, 2008, held in its 72 seat theatre, the AFSF Board of Directors met with members and Alliance teachers and staff to report on 2007 accomplishments and finances, to present plans for the future, to elect new board members and to re-elect current board members.

The AFSF was honored by the presence of French Consul-General Mourier, who delivered a supportive and positive address. He was accompanied by the Cultural Attaché, Christophe Musitelli.

The brief, formal meeting was followed by a reception.
